This is our stainless steel measuring spoon. The spoon is perfect for measuring the amount of Matcha you need for a drink. Of course, you can also use less or more, depending on your personal preference. We recommend 2-2.5 g of Matcha per drink, which corresponds to a flat or full measuring spoon.
