For Deliveries within Germany

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT):

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of 4.99 € per order.
  • Shipping is free for orders with a value of 50.00 € or more.


For Deliveries within the EU

(Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of 12.70 € per order.
  • Shipping is free for orders with a value of 85.00 € or more.


For Deliveries to Switzerland

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT):

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of 22.00 € per order.
  • Shipping is free for orders with a value of 85.00 € or more.


For Deliveries to Norway

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT):

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of 20.90 € per order.
  • Shipping is free for orders with a value of 85.00 € or more.


For Deliveries to the United Kingdom

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT):

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of 12.80 € per order.
  • Shipping is free for orders with a value of 85.00 € or more.


International Deliveries

Please inform yourself about your regional import and customs conditions/requirements. All duties and taxes are your responsibility, including any documents required by regional agencies and authorities beyond the purchase invoice.


Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified, orders are handed over to our shipping partner DHL within 48 hours from the next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we may ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
