Subscription Terms and Conditions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency of the subscription plan you have selected. Your payment information will be securely stored, and you will be charged before the shipment goes out.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel at any time only after three payment cycles have been completed.

Cancellation or modification to your subscription

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time after three payment cycles have been completed through the links provided in your order confirmation emails, which allow you to manage your subscription settings. You can also click here to access your subscription account.

Subscription Price Adjustments

The price of a subscription is based on the current price of the subscribed product. If the regular selling price of the product changes, the subscription price will be adjusted accordingly. Price adjustments apply only to future billing periods. 

In the event of a price increase, the customer has the right to cancel the subscription at any time before the change becomes effective.

Priority Shipping

Please note that if you selected priority shipping for your initial order, this option applies only to the first delivery and does not extend to subsequent deliveries within the subscription.

Right of Withdrawal for Subscription Contracts

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.
