Matcha Yuzu Lemonade - Matcha Recipe

After returning from our trip to Japan, we fell in love with yuzu. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit that is mainly grown in the south of Japan. It tastes slightly less sour than lemon and is very aromatic, which is why it is often used in desserts or drinks. Super refreshing for warm days.


30ml Matcha shot (2.5g Matcha + 30ml 80C water)

250ml mineral water

2 tsp agave syrup

1 tsp organic yuzu syrup

ice cubes

Decorate with edible flowers, if you want to impress
