FAQs

Who can apply for a wholesale partnership?

Wholesale is open to businesses — cafés, restaurants, and retailers — who want to serve or sell Matchasome products in their own establishment. You'll need to provide accurate business details, and orders must be for business rather than private use.

Is there a minimum order?

There's no minimum to order, but shipping is free on orders of € 200 or more. Below that, standard shipping costs apply.

How does payment work?

After you place an order through the B2B form, you'll receive an invoice by email. You can pay by bank transfer using the details provided, or instantly via PayPal or credit card with the "Pay Now" button. We ship once payment is received.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 72 hours, starting from the next working day. We don't ship on weekends or German public holidays.

How do I place orders once I'm approved?

After approval, log in with your email and use the dedicated B2B order form — accessible from the "B2B" menu item or your customer account. Wholesale pricing only applies through this form, not the standard shop. We'll send you a full step-by-step guide when you join.
