This is our much-loved Organic Ceremonial Matcha Supreme—our signature blend—in the most vibrant beautiful green matcha color now offered in 500g for a limited time only. 

After countless tastings and sending multiple matcha samples to labs in Germany for analyses of nutritional, chemical, aluminium and residue levels, we hand-picked the very best, high-end organic matcha from one of the top tea regions in Kagoshima, Japan.

Our farm to cup Matcha Supreme is sourced from the mountainous Kirishima region of Kagoshima. It is packed with healthy levels of amino acids (L-theanine), antioxidants (EGCG), vitamins, and minerals, and comes in a beautiful vibrant green color that extends to its taste.

Flavor Profile

Our Matcha is smooth, delicious, and truly up-lifting. It is full-bodied with a rich taste and flowery aroma and not the slightest traces of bitterness nor astringency.

How To Prepare

Matcha Shot: Add 1 tsp (2-2.5g) of matcha powder into a bowl. Pour 30-40 ml of warm water at 70ºC (158°F). Whisk in fast zip-zag motion for around 30 seconds until frothy and clump-free.

Usucha: To drink it pure as usucha, add 30-40ml more water to the matcha shot. Enjoy hot or over ice.

Matcha Latte: Add 200-300ml of your favorite milk to the matcha shot. Enjoy hot or over ice.
