Der Ceremonial Matcha ist unser Latte-würdiger Bio-Matcha in zeremonieller Qualität. Sein Geschmack ist kräftig genug, um nicht im Milchgeschmack unterzugehen, und dennoch süß und cremig.

Herkunft

Chiran, Kagoshima, Japan

Unser Bio Ceremonial Matcha stammt aus der Region Chiran in Kagoshima, dem größten Grüntee-Anbaugebiet Japans. Die ausgewogene Mischung aus nährstoffreichem Vulkanboden, nebligem und mildem Klima, sanften Hügeln und zukunftsorientierten Produzenten macht Chiran zu einem der führenden Terroirs für Bio-Grüntee in Japan.

Kultivar

Sorte: Asatsuyu, Yutakamidori, Yabukita Blend

Zubereitung

Matcha Shot: 1 TL (2–2,5 g) Matcha-Pulver in eine Schüssel sieben. 30–40 ml warmes Wasser (70 °C) darübergießen. Mit schnellen Zickzack-Bewegungen ca. 30 Sekunden lang schaumig schlagen, bis keine Klumpen mehr vorhanden sind.

Matcha Latte: Gieße 200–300 ml deiner Lieblingsmilch zu deinem Matcha-Shot dazu. Am besten heiß oder erfrischend auf Eis genießen. Nach Belieben Süßungsmittel wie Agavendicksaft hinzufügen.

What's the best way to transfer matcha into a container without spilling?

Matcha is extremely fine, so static and air movement can send it flying. Transfer from bag to airtight container over a bowl, tray, or piece of parchment paper to catch any stray powder and sweep back into the container. Avoid squeezing or shaking the bag, which can puff fine matcha dust into the air.

1) Tap the refill bag lightly to settle the powder at the bottom of the refill bag.
2) Cut open the refill bag gently.
3) Place the opening of the refill bag inside the tin before you start pouring — this contains any dust cloud and keeps the powder from escaping into the air.
4) Gently tap the bag to empty it.
