Unser neuer limited Edition Bio Uji Matcha hat einen ganz besonderen Platz in unserem Herzen, weil dieser exklusiv nur von matchasome importiert wird. Dieser Matcha wird von einem kleinen Bio Teebauern in Uji produziert und es ist das erste Mal, dass dieser wunderbare Single Estate Matcha Japan verlässt, damit auch der Rest der Welt ihn genießen kann.

Wir empfehlen diesen Bio Ceremonial Uji Matcha pur zu trinken . Genieße eine Tasse mit 2 g Matcha-Pulver und ca. 70-80 ml heißem Wasser (nicht über 80 °C)

Unser Matcha ist vollgepackt mit gesunden Aminosäuren (L-Theanin), Antioxidantien (EGCG), Vitaminen und Mineralien und hat eine wunderschöne, leuchtend grüne Farbe, die sich auch im Geschmack widerspiegelt.


Geschmacksprofil: Sauber, zart, samtig und harmonisch mit einem Hauch von Süße; geeignet pur für Koicha, Usucha und auch Matcha Latte.

Das komplette Gegenteil einer Behandlung beim Zahnarzt! Der Matcha ist angenehm duftend direkt beim ersten Kontakt mit dem warmen Wasser! Er hat eine "herbal note", die an sam bo long (vietnamesisches Dessert) erinnert. Die sehr dezente Süße, wenn er mit Oatly Barista auf Eis gepaart wird, lässt einen die Sommerhitze besser ertragen. :)

Matcha with a Unique Twist

You can tell it’s high-quality matcha. I loved the texture and color. The taste is definitely unique: slightly sweet but also more earthy, which might not be everyone’s cup of tea. Still, I’d definitely recommend it!
